Delete your account
You can delete your TipsCoach account, and every row we hold for it, from inside the app. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete your account or your data
If you have an account, sign in from Settings and choose Delete account in the account section. That permanently removes your account and every row we hold for it. It cannot be undone.
That step asks separately about the shifts on your phone, and it offers to export them first. Your earnings records are yours, and closing an account is not the same as throwing them away. If you do want them gone, choose to erase the phone too, or simply delete the app.
If you would rather we handled it, email privacy@xstreamnetworks.com from your account address.
If you no longer have the app
Email support@xstreamnetworks.com from the address you used to sign in and ask us to delete your account. A person reads every message, and we will confirm when it is done.
If you never turned on backup, there is no account and nothing on our servers: deleting the app deletes your data with it.
