Support

TipsCoach is a shift and tip tracker for people who work for tips. If something is not working, or a number looks wrong, write to us. A real person reads every message.
Contact us
Email support@xstreamnetworks.com. We read every message and usually reply within a few business days.
It helps a lot if you include your phone model, its software version, the app version from Settings, and what you expected to happen instead of what did.
Report a bug or request a feature
Send it to support@xstreamnetworks.com with "Bug" or "Idea" in the subject line.
Bug reports that include the steps you took, in order, get fixed far faster than ones that do not. If a number is wrong, tell us the number the app showed and the number you expected.
My shifts are gone, or I got a new phone
TipsCoach stores your shifts on your phone. That is why it works with no account and no signal.
It also means that if you delete the app, lose the phone, or switch to a new one without backing up, those shifts are gone and we cannot recover them for you. We never had a copy.
Cloud backup and recovery are not available in this version, even with a subscription. Signing in does not back up your phone's records. CSV exports are included with Pro and the complimentary preview. They keep a readable copy, but cannot restore the full app. All saved shifts remain readable and editable on Free.
My sign-in code did not arrive
Signing in sends a code to your email. Enter that code in the app.
Check your spam or junk folder first, since the code comes from an address you have not written to before. Codes expire, so if it has been sitting a while, request a new one.
Use Change email to correct a typo. Wait for the resend countdown before requesting another code. Still stuck, email support@xstreamnetworks.com from the address you are trying to use.
Subscriptions, restoring, and refunds
Your complimentary 14-day Pro preview starts when you first open TipsCoach. No payment is required and it does not automatically become a paid subscription. When it ends, unlimited logging, saved history and edits stay free.
Open See Pro plans in Settings to check purchase availability and prices. If this build says purchases are unavailable, it cannot take a payment. A developer preview is not a test of App Store checkout.
Already subscribed through Apple? Use Restore purchases in the Pro options with the Apple Account that made the purchase. This restores subscription access, not shift records. Manage or cancel renewal in your iPhone Settings under your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting TipsCoach does not cancel a subscription. Request an Apple refund at reportaproblem.apple.com; Apple decides eligibility.
If you believe you were charged for TipsCoach, contact support@xstreamnetworks.com with the app version and receipt details. Do not send your password or sign-in code.
Delete your account or your data
If you have an account, sign in from Settings and choose Delete account in the account section. That permanently removes your account and every row we hold for it. It cannot be undone.
That step asks separately about the shifts on your phone, and it offers to export them first. Your earnings records are yours, and closing an account is not the same as throwing them away. If you do want them gone, choose to erase the phone too, or simply delete the app.
If you would rather we handled it, email privacy@xstreamnetworks.com from your account address.
A number does not look right
Tell us. This app is a financial record, and a wrong number matters more here than a crash does.
Net tips are your logged cash and card tips minus tip-outs, before tax. A set-aside target is a percentage you choose of your logged net tips, not money already saved or a tax estimate. TipsCoach does not determine what you owe or whether tips qualify for a deduction.
If it is still wrong after that, email support@xstreamnetworks.com with the shift and both numbers.
