TipsCoach helps you keep your own earnings record and understand it. The numbers it shows are estimates based on what you enter. It is not tax, legal, or financial advice.
What the app is
TipsCoach is a personal record-keeping and analysis tool. You enter your shifts; the app organizes them, calculates totals, and offers observations about your own patterns.
Your records are your responsibility
Everything the app shows is derived from what you enter. The app cannot verify your numbers against a POS, a paycheck, or a bank account. Keep your entries accurate, and pair exports with bank statements or pay stubs when someone else needs to rely on them.
Records and planning, not tax advice
TipsCoach organizes the earnings you log. The optional set-aside planner applies a percentage you choose to logged net tips. Its results are planning targets, not money saved or transferred. TipsCoach does not hold funds, track transfers, recommend a percentage, estimate taxes owed, or determine deduction eligibility.
Nothing in the app is tax advice. Talk to a tax professional about your situation.
Tip-out figures are your own records, not a legal claim
The tip-out totals shown in the app add up the amounts you logged yourself. They can only be as accurate as what you entered, and a number that looks wrong is a good reason to ask a question rather than a legal determination. This app is not legal advice. An employment lawyer or your state labor office can tell you what your numbers mean where you work.
Subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription. Purchases are processed by the app store, subject to its terms. Subscriptions renew until cancelled, and you manage or cancel them in your app store account settings.
Availability
The app works offline and keeps your data on your device. Backup and sync depend on our providers and your connection, and may be interrupted. Keep your own exports if a record matters to you.
Limits
The app is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Xstream Networks, LLC is not liable for losses arising from your use of the app or from decisions made using its estimates.
